Injection molding is a manufacturing method that involves injecting materials into a mold to produce parts. The main method of processing plastics is injection molding. In this process, plastic is placed in a hopper, which then heats and injects the plastic through a long chamber and a reciprocating screw. Afterwards, it was softened into a fluid state. The nozzle is located at the end of the chamber, and the fluid plastic is forcibly cooled through the nozzle to close the mold. When the plastic cools and solidifies, the semi-finished product exits the press.
